Google’s ‘Allo’ messenger app is coming to the desktop, soon. According to a report in Mashable, VP of Communications Products Nick Fox tweeted a desktop version was in development.

The report said the desktop version looked like it would be a Web app for Google Chrome. This means it won’t be native as a separate Windows or Mac download, but will work across operating systems — including on Chromebooks, of course.
