This Website has earlier written about GIF search engine GIPHY. Well, these guys have now come out with an iOS app 
called GIPHY CAM, which basically is a GIF creation app, using a device’s camera.
Here’s what users can do with it:

• Press and hold the button to record GIFs on loop
• Tap the button to shoot a 5-frame burst mode GIF
Add filters & special FX
• The best filters to help you make the best GIFs
• Enhance your GIF with photo filters with everything from 3Dee to Black & White Film
• Get creative with the 40 overlays & effects
Text, Share or Save
• Text your friends your favorite GIF selfies
• Share you GIFs on Instagram, Tweet them to Twitter, Pin them to Pinterest, or send them in Facebook Messenger
• Or just save it for later on your camera roll
