It is a to-do list tool that divides your tasks to only show what you need to do in the present day for you to meet the set deadlines. For long-term projects, you can use ‘Taskful’ to help you break these into simple tasks to help you attain the result in your project.
Taskful breaks your tasks down, hence allowing you to stay focused on what you wanted to do on that day. The tool has a simple design & interface. The app integrates & rolls your calendar app, fitness app & maybe the reminder app into 1 platform. This will save you the need to keep checking through multiple apps. The tool’s simple design lets you add tasks to it as well as save you from the advanced features that you probably don’t even use in most to-do-list apps. More so, you can set your tasks to repeat forever.
Taskful uses it smart tasks feature to figure out how to divide the tasks you are adding into more simple tasks for you. Also, Taskful has a range of bright colours. The tool allows you to use these colours to categorise your tasks.
In addition, the tool allows you to add reminders to tasks thus helping you always remember when you are required to complete them. With Taskful, you can easily command the tool to track your tasks. To do this, just create a task & type in “Walk 5000 steps” & this tool will track your steps automatically. More so Taskful tracks your daily reports. Therefore, for each task, you complete they have a progress bar that climbs automatically. This bar resets every day.
Taskful also allows you to view your upcoming tasks using their ‘upcoming tasks’ button. In addition, with the sort button on the tool’s homepage, you can easily order your tasks.
The app is currently available only to iOS users. It requires your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to run on iOS 9.1 for it to be compatible. Taskful is developed under Big Bold Company whose founder is Michael Hirsch who is also a developer of the social network, Babubble. The startup’s headquarters is in Houston Texas, USA.
