‘GameOfCoins’ is virtual cryptocurrency exchange where you simulate trading – #Startup

Bitcoin & other cryptocurrencies are all the rage, but for most people investing & trading in this space, there’s still a lot of uncertainty. GameOfCoins is a simulated cryptocurrency exchange where you can create portfolios & do some ‘make believe’ trading.

The Site lets you create an account with up to US $10,000 (virtual dollars) with a couple of clicks. Then, you get to pick & choose which cryptocurrencies will make up your portfolio from a wide range of offerings taken from the Cryptocompare.com site. Currently, the top 15 traded currencies are: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, DigitalCash, Ripple, Dogecoin, Ethereum Classic, CraigsCoin, Nxt, Zcash, Bitshares, DigiByte, BitcoinDark & PeerCoin.

According to the GameOfCoins Site a lot of people are getting into the game. As of the writing of this post, there were 1,546 cryptocoin investors currently participating. These investors hold US $15,418,228 (that’s  $9,972 per investor). 926 of the investors made wins & all is not fun as 620 of them report regretting investing in cryptocurrencies.

After you’re done setting up your initial portfolio you can check back & see your net worth any time you like, & also see how your portfolio’s performance stacks up against those of other users by consulting the Site’s leader boards. There are leader boards for best performance in the last 24 hours & best all time.

You can buy & sell currencies as much as you like & manage your portfolio. You can even check out the transaction histories of other users so you’ll be able to learn how top performers strategize, & so make your own more informed decisions about where to invest.

GameOfCoins has been developed by Munich, Germany-based developer Eralp Bayraktar.
