Social network Facebook, that of late has been quite gung-ho on chatbots, made yet another push for them. Speaking to investors after its quarterly earning announcement, Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg described bots as a way to increase the speed & efficacy of interactions between users & businesses on the Messenger platform, said Online reports.
