Whom is mainly the creation of Paris-area, France based entrepreneur Jordan Bouaziz. Jordan is an ex Google & Twitter employee who has struck out on his own by co-founding Whom. Whom has also made another smartphone app available recently for the iPhone: Skwd, which lets you create your own Squad & post a common story with your friends.
The Whom app is available for free in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese & Spanish.
