Snapchat, watch out. Instagram Stories now has 250 million daily active users, up from 200 million in April, 150 million in January and 100 million in October after launching the Snapchat Stories clone in August.

Finally. Mobile roaming charges in Europe have now been removed. As long as you have a service in a member state & live on that continent for at least 8 months each year, you can use your phone’s voice, messaging & data in other EU countries at the same rate you’d pay as if you were at home. But there are a number of exceptions to the rule that could leave you paying more, say reports.
