‘Flow XO’ is a platform that helps in building, hosting & managing bots. Initially, it was an automation platform similar to http or Zapier that would allow you to establish workflows based on connecting 3rd party services, but now they have introduced setting up new bots which help in integration with other services such as Google Drive. It allows you to build powerful bots without code. It also enables these bots to work across platforms. Eg: Messenger.
Flow XO lets you automate repetitive work through triggers & tasks. Using these triggers you can start many tasks or even wait between tasks. The various filters & triggers that help you set up workflows collect data all along the way. For example, you can use these automated workflows you’ve built to guide your email subscribers through a sales funnel. Therefore, you can use Flow XO for automated marketing, up-selling, & on-boarding workflows on top of the Cloud apps you currently use.
The startup’s developers claim they use over 90 built-in integration which helps it offer you a solution wherein you can integrate your various accounts as well as many other apps, thus allowing you to automate your marketing campaigns. This integration makes access of data from anywhere with Web hooks quite easy. Some of the applications that you can use to trigger events or emails from your account include; Adobe Document, Gmail, Typeform, Webhook, RSS, & Slack among others. This means you can distribute your Content easily be it to your readers right within their favorite messaging apps or into existing RSS feed.
