ChirpMe has positioned itself as an Application to be used to meet new people on Social Network Facebook. The way users can do this is through shared interests, mutual friends & more. ChirpMe claims to leverage the Social graph to create what is has dubbed as a "safe & contextual way" for new people to meet.

This Palo Alto, USA-based Startup is still in its nascent stage. It is not even open to many FB users around the globe. But the team that has founded it & is running it has some well-known names on it. The founders claim to have experience in building Social Apps on the Facebook platform. Early team members come from top Social Gaming & consumer Web companies with strong experience producing top tier consumer Web applications.

As of now, this is a Free App & you do not even need to register. You can use your FB account to log in.
